Twenty-One graduate students will receive their adavnced degree from the Math Dept this summer, among them are 10 Ph.Ds and 11 masters. A reception was held in their honor on May 2 at the Vaughn lounge.

Frank Gerth Dissertation Awards

Elaine Cozzi, Jeremy Van Horn-Morris and Jason Deblois are this year's Frank Gerth Dissertation Award reciepients. Jason Deblois also receives a Lift-Off awards from the Clay Mathematics Institute.
